Default Looking for someone to bend some tubing and ship it

Like it says. I'm working on building some bumpers for my Jeep and don't have the equipment to build tubing.

Looking for a shop to bend some chromemoly tubing to my specs and then ship to my location so I can weld things up.

Sweet, will get in contact with him once I figure out the final dimensions.

Can anyone give me suggestions on what hinge type and latch to use on a tire carrier? Does anyone know how the Jeeperman rear is designed/built? That is more what I'm aiming towards.

Most people just use a trailer axle spindle for a hinge.

Yep, most people. Too bad I'm not most people.

I've got a few ideas in the works, only problem is sourcing the materials and finding someone competent enough to get the machine work done for me.

I was thinking either a brass bushing or a taper bearing inside the chrome moly tubing with a chrome moly shaft machined to fit the bearing race.

All with holes drilled and tapped in the correct locations to facilitate greasing.
