the way the economy is going i bet we will see a lot more of that.... mosre shops specializing instead of filling all your needs...

That are the opposite. Fewer custom/specialized shops and just your generic we do it all places (ie: 4-wheel parts)

i figure it would be easier to push a few best selling itmes then manufature a thousand different other parts that might not sell as well....

I agree.
However the market for specialty parts tends to dry up in these times as well, so if your not mainstream, it's going to be tougher.

I think PSC will likely do just fine and this would be a good move on their part, I'm just speaking in generalities.

It just means its time to break out the ol' torch and have a go at it. Even if it looks like junk, I respect anyone's attempt over the complete bolt on rig. Nothing wrong with either, but there's something to be said about the hands on wheeler.
