Default Ravelco anti-theft device

Anyone in the DFW area interested in having one of these installed? It's top-down weather here and I'm thinking I finally need to do something to better protect my Jeep (my Club just doesn't seem to be the best answer!) They come to you, plus it's 10% off for multiple vehicles, so I'm thinking some sort of meet-n-greet while they do the work.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, see here:

No takers, huh? I'd be more than happy to spend the $40 I'd be saving on beer!

How does that protect your rig from some pinhead with a flatbed towtruck? Or vandals?

What's going to protect your rig from vandals? Aside from tying a pitbull to it every time you leave it someplace? Nothing's going to protect your vehicle from everything. Nothing. My concern is someone climbing into it, starting it up (hotwire, ground down key, whatever) and heading for the border, and I think this set up is one of the best deterrents to that I've considered. (This other forum I belonged to in SoCal had members posting every week with stories about their rigs being stolen from parking lots, schools, even their own driveways.) If they're going to bring a flatbed tow truck then have at it (I don't usually park mine where they could do that inconspicuously, anyway).

Don't ya hate it when 3 out of 4 replies in your thread are your own?

Thought I'd throw this out there one more time since Cody was talking about planning a meet-n-greet sometime soon. I'm looking to have this done sometime before I head to Colorado on August 20th.
